Our History
Our History Ridgecrest Republic FC, formerly recognized as IWV Soccer, represents the amalgamation of two esteemed Ridgecrest soccer entities. Following years of independent operations, Ridgecrest Scorpions and Ridgecrest Phoenix joined forces to establish the cohesive entity now known as Ridgecrest Republic FC.
Distinguished by its diverse membership, the club encompasses individuals of varying skill levels and age groups, ranging from competitive travel teams to introductory programs such as the Junior Academy, providing a progressive transition from pure recreational soccer. Each team benefits from the expertise of professionally licensed coaches, operating under the guidance of our esteemed Sporting Director and Director of Coaching.
Our Mission
Our organizational mission is dedicated to enhancing the holistic development of both male and female participants, fostering technical, physical, psychological, and social growth to cultivate well-rounded individuals and elevate their performance both on and off the field. We advocate for a culture of experimentation, empowering players to discover their unique styles and encouraging valuable learning experiences from any encountered challenges.
Our Club
The club serves as a centralized organizational hub for teams and coaches, under the supervision of our esteemed Sporting Director and Director of Coaching. This framework facilitates a rigorous process for the selection and evaluation of coaches, emphasizing their proficiency in coaching techniques and team management. Additionally, it fosters collaboration and facilitates the seamless transition of players across teams within their respective age groups.
RC Republic FC stands as a distinguished youth soccer club, drawing players from Ridgecrest, Inyokern, Trona, and the surrounding communities.

Ridgecrest Republic FC may be fully tax deductible under Section 170(b)(1)(a) of the IRS Code. Ridgecrest Republic FC is exempt from Federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the IRS Code. Ridgecrest Republic FC receives no funding from the government. The source of funds for Ridgecrest Republic FC is supported by private donations.
